For more info see handout.

TE – will donate his big board ProSchool.  Possibly “Jane” will come and run the laptop for this.

We discussed taking care of Jane’s room, meals, and paying her $1 an athlete.  (We also mentioned submitting her name to GAT as a potential “Service to Youth” award recipient.  For this we would simply need to give Jodie Trncak from the GAT board Jane’s whole name, her bio, and her mailing address).

We discussed the meet’s format – traditional versus modified capital cup.  The Level 6s and 7s will probably be modified capital cup with the others as traditional.  This is still tentative.

GS, KM, & TE – needed to leave the meeting to prepare for speaking seminars.

MP – continued taking the minutes for GS (see below).

New Business:

BF - Question:  Should the Scholarship be given to students going to school out of state?

General discussion about the philosophy of the scholarship.

The meeting ended probably a little after 1:00pm.

Respectfully Submitted,
